Do you have an xorg.conf you're willing to share? Also on a WQHD X1C5 here.
(For wsfb that is.)
Sure:Section "Device" Identifier "default" Driver "wsfb"EndSection
Tried that, got "wsfb0: no way to get depth info: inappropriate ioctl for device." Probably user error. I'll wait for inteldrm to land.
You’re booting via UEFI, correct?
Ah, it requires booting via UEFI since that sets up the graphical framebuffer that the kernel can use (efifb), then pass to X (wsfb)
Interesting, I had no idea. Thanks.
Was there an inteldrm update for Kaby Lake that I missed?
robert@ is doing the work - https://github.com/jcs/openbsd-src/commit/c410122f96777f18be6d0382874c97bd67defeb3
Coming to cvs soon?
Some minor issues to address, we need to make sure it's stable before committing because we're already in 6.2-beta.
Understood. Makes sense. Thanks!
Have all the inteldrm bits been comitted to the tree yet?
