this ride was 1 hour, 9 minutes long, covering 12.2 miles. the speed averaged 10.7 miles per hour and peaked at 24.7 miles per hour.

i keep thinking i'm riding longer than i am but 12 miles in an hour isn't very far...

the clipless setup is pretty helpful in traffic when having to push off from a red light. unhooking is easy but it takes some work getting my shoe back into the pedals.

Just like anything, the more often you clip out/clip in, the more natural it will become
