I saw one of these at VCF Midwest last year and just had to find one

phew, that old screw put up quite a fight

I fear using a cross-platform framework like Flutter and getting 90% of the way there but then getting stuck not able to do some platform-specific thing, or just locked into a 3rd party tool that ages poorly and forces me to rewrite it in something else in a few years

I started rewriting the @PushoverApp@twitter.com iOS client in Swift+SwiftUI, but the more I put into it, the more I dread having to duplicate those features in another language on the Android and web sides

I had too many before but I couldn't pass up this box of 45 sealed Zip disks for $11 so now I definitely have too many

And it came with a free USB Zip 250 drive that works on my OpenBSD laptop (umass) so that's a plus

GitHub stars have replaced Delicious/Pinboard as the tool I use to "remember to look at this later but then promptly forget about it until months later when I have a vague recollection of something I saw months earlier but now I have too many bookmarks to look through to find it"
