i finally have wireless (atu) working on the oqo again. it somehow worked a little bit when i first installed openbsd at work, then stopped working when i upgraded to -current but there were no changes in the driver between the two. i thought it was wep that wasn't working but i eventually narrowed it down to essid broadcasting being disabled on my access point. the atu driver doesn't like that and would keep scanning for ap's since it can't find the one i'm pointing it at.
after doing quite a bit of debugging over the past few days (i tend to do that), i have it associating with my access point with essid broadcasting disabled. i sent the patch to dlg@ to see how to properly fix it.
my oqo leather case arrived today; it is nice.
