feed my pets and tape my shows (part 2)

i was driving down 62 today on my way back from lunch and the car felt kind of loose, like a sway bar had come unlinked. i didn't really think too much of it and went back to work. as dace was leaving, he motioned to me through my office window that i had a flat tire. i went out to look and there was a big screw right in the middle of the tread.

dace drove me home after work to pick up one of my winter wheels and my jack, and i swapped out the wheel. i could probably get the tire patched/plugged but i wouldn't trust it on the track that way, so i had to order a new tire which should be here in a few days.
