sorry doesn't put thumbs on the hands (part 2)

someone recently went through a lot of the dealer pages on my audi/vw dealer ratings site and reported a lot of fraudulent posts that appeared to be made by the same person (based on the spelling mistakes, grammar, posting dates, etc.).

after doing some more investigating yesterday and today, i found more than a dozen reviews that appeared to have been made by dealer employees, most with fake names and/or different e-mail addresses. those reviews were pulled from the site and i had to enact these silly policies to combat abuse. some of the people were actually stupid enough to post from ip's and use e-mail addresses at domains that were both registered to their own dealer. idiots.
